• Landlord & Gas Safety Checks

  From providing Landlord Gas Safety Certificates and Inspections to boiler replacement or the smallest plumbing repairs we are on call to ensure your property is legally compliant and habitable.

  Landlords that let residential properties, holiday cottages or caravans are required by law to have an annual Gas Safety check by a Gas Safe registered engineer. They must also hold a current valid certificate for every property that they let, alongside a safety check for the previous 2 years.

  With each safety check we undertake, we assess the gas boiler, any gas fires, the oven and hob individually.
